What we do

One sub for the whole scope

Most of our work comes in as a subcontract from general contractors who need an opening cut, a lot ground down, a slab gone, a footprint cleared, and the debris off the site before the next trade shows up. We do all of it with our own crews, so there's one contract, one schedule and one number to call when something changes — including at 9 PM on a Saturday.

Why contractors call us

Straight answers, one crew, no chasing

Everything in house

Cutting, coring, grinding, demo, dirt and hauling are all ours. You aren't coordinating four subs or waiting on somebody else's truck to clear our debris.

46 years in this market

Same yard in Anaheim, same crews. We know the inspectors, the traffic, the parking, and what it takes to get a saw into a basement in downtown LA.

If you're in a bind, call us

Nights, weekends and emergency call-outs. After hours the phone goes to dispatch — a person, not a voicemail box. Tell us what happened and we'll tell you straight whether we can get to you.

Licensed and insured

Fully licensed and insured in California. Certificates and additional insured endorsements go out for your project file on request.

Our iron, our yard

Equipment sits in Anaheim, maintained by us. That's the difference between "we can be there tonight" and "let me check with the rental house."

We bid what we can do

If the scope isn't a fit or the schedule won't work, we'll tell you up front instead of taking the job and figuring it out later.

Clean site behind us

Slurry controlled, debris hauled, floor swept. Your next trade walks into a space they can work in.

DO NOT PUBLISH THIS SECTION AS-IS. The three quotes below are empty placeholders. Replace them with real, approved quotes and get written OK before using anyone's name or company. A fake testimonial is worse than none — a GC spots it instantly. Delete this note once the quotes are real.

Common questions

What contractors ask before they hire us

I'm in a bind — can you get out here fast?

Call and tell us what happened. Nights, weekends and holidays go to dispatch — ask for Art Robinson. Our equipment is in our own yard in Anaheim, not rented, so short-notice work is realistic more often than not. We'll tell you straight whether we can get to you and when, instead of stringing you along while your schedule burns.

Do you work nights and weekends?

Regularly. Occupied buildings, active retail, live hospitals and tight schedules often can't take daytime work. Tell us the window when you send the scope and we'll price it that way.

Do you grind asphalt?

Yes — skid steer mounted grinders for trip hazards, high spots, transitions, ADA corrections and surface prep before an overlay. It's usually a fraction of the cost of tearing out and repaving.

Do you haul your own debris?

Yes. Hauling and removal are in house, so the concrete, asphalt and spoils leave with our crew instead of sitting on your job.

Do you carry insurance and provide certificates?

Yes. We're fully licensed and insured, and we send certificates and additional insured endorsements for your project file on request.

How do I get a bid?

Send plans, a scope sheet, or just a description of what needs to come out. Email the estimating desk or use the form on the contact page and we'll get a number back to you.

What areas do you serve?

We work throughout Southern California out of our yard in Anaheim. If you're not sure whether your job is in range, call and ask.

Send us the scope. We'll send you a number.

Plans, a scope sheet, or a description of what needs to come out — whatever you've got.
